What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the name, company, phone number, email address, country or city, product interest, quantity and any message you choose to provide. We also record the page you submitted from and, where present, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage that commercial relationship. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiry data is stored in Google Workspace services operated by Google LLC and is accessible only to authorised staff of JV Agro. Website usage is measured using Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to collect aggregate, non-identifying statistics about how the site is used.

This site uses only analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing any functionality on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as is necessary for the commercial relationship, and for any period required under Indian tax and company law.
